My offerings cover a wide range of designs that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. Each piece of pottery I make passes through my hands several times: from throwing to trimming to firing to glazing to firing again, each piece has a human touch.

Wholesale Policies & Terms

Placing an Order:
To place your orders, you may email me directly (hello@gardenclubceramics.com). I will send a confirmation of receipt of your order and your invoice as soon as I receive your order. I try my best to respond within 48 hours (business days). Your order is confirmed once I receive your signed agreement and initial payment.

Payment for Wholesale:
50% of your order total is due when your order is placed. The remaining balance is due before delivery (or at the time of delivery if you’re paying with check, in-person). Your order will not ship until final payment has been made (for non net 30 customers). Your 50% deposit/retainer is non-refundable. You will be billed through my online accounting software, Wave - I accept bank transfers, major credit cards, ApplePay, PayPal, and check. Payment details will be included in your invoice once the order is placed. New customers must prepay before shipping. Established customers may pay net 30 days. Failure to remit the final payment within 30 days will result in a 5% late fee per week. I reserve the right to cancel 30-day privileges for failure to pay promptly.

Pricing Split:
My pieces are priced with a traditional 50/50 split. As a guide, please see the suggested retail pricing above.

Returns / Exchanges:
I don’t accept returns or exchanges for any wholesale orders.

Turnaround:
The timeline varies depending on the order; generally, orders take 4-6 weeks unless otherwise discussed.

The Nature of Handmade:
While I strive for consistency in each piece and collection, it is understood that each item has character; a personality that can’t come from mass-produced goods. Being made from my hands means you’re getting a human-made piece that might vary in size or glaze application. Pieces delivered to you will be “firsts” meaning they are free of warping and glaze imperfections, as well as sized within 1/4” of each other. Every effort is made to ensure that all pieces sold in a set are as closely matched as possible.

Display:
When displaying my name with my pieces, please use Garden Club Ceramics.

Photography:
I request that retailers and stockists take their own product photos. Please do not take photos from my site or Instagram account without permission. High-res photos are available at my discretion and availability. If you would like to use my photos, please email me.

Quantity:
My order minimum is $250. I request a minimum of 4 pieces per colorway; for example, if you wish to order 12 Wobble Mugs, you can choose up to three colorways.

Supporting My Work:
The wholesale relationship between the artist and the shop is a collaborative partnership: wholesale pieces are offered at a deep discount to stockists with the understanding that the end goal is getting these pieces into customers’ homes and spaces. Sharing on your site and/or social media is a wonderful way to promote this partnership. Please tag me on Instagram: @gardenclubceramics. I request you tag me and my products at least once per order. I will re-post and share your stories/posts on my account as well.

Local Delivery:
When possible, I will deliver wholesale orders myself to stockists within a one-hour drive from zip code 97211.

Shipping:
I am happy to ship to your shop/city. I currently ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the stockist and will be added to the final invoice. I take great care in packing pieces with substantial material to avoid any breakage. If items are broken during shipping, you must contact me within 24 hours and be ready to share photos of the damage. I go through the standard claims procedures per USPS and UPS. This might require you to provide additional photos and information.

Care:
All Garden Club pieces are food-safe. Items can go into the microwave and dishwasher (except the top of salt cellars, because of the wooden handle). Handwashing goods can be slippery, so please take extra care if doing so.
